At Kikoff, we’re on a mission to help everyone unlock financial security, no matter where they’re starting from. Our products help real people build credit and access better financial opportunities.
Our Rotational Associate Manager Program (RAMP) is a fast-paced, immersive early-career experience designed to give high-potential talent a springboard into meaningful business leadership and cross-functional expertise.
This isn’t your typical entry-level role. It’s a career accelerator built to develop analytical problem-solvers, strategic communicators, and operators fluent in using data, experimentation, and quantitative thinking to drive business decisions, all while contributing to a mission with real human impact.
Over the course of this multi-rotation program, participants will:
Gain hands-on experience across core business functions like Product Operations, Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, and Business Development.
Spearhead real projects that influence how we attract, engage, retain, and serve customers.
Learn directly from senior leaders who are shaping strategy and outcomes at Kikoff.
Years before Kikoff came to life, Kikoff leaders Kevin Otsuka (VP of Growth) and Patrick Glover (Head of Ops) participated in a rotational program early in their careers at Google, where they gained broad exposure across business functions, real ownership of business-impacting initiatives, and leadership opportunities from day one. That experience shaped how they think about growing talent: by giving people visibility, responsibility, and trust early.
Their paths later diverged as each went on to build successful careers, before re-crossing at Kikoff, united by a shared passion to help consumers achieve financial growth. As they built the company, they knew they wanted to create the same kind of launchpad that had shaped them.

Your first weeks are dedicated to immersive onboarding and foundational training across Kikoff’s core business functions. You’ll gain exposure to how Product, Growth, Lifecycle, Marketing, and Partnerships work together — building context, confidence, and cross-functional fluency from day one. This early investment is designed to give you a strong analytical and operational toolkit before you dive into your rotations.
During Orientation, you’ll meet teams, learn their charters, and get visibility into the problems they’re solving. From there, you’ll rank your interests, and we’ll match you to a first rotation that best aligns with your career goals and business needs. This ensures you’re you’re intentionally positioned for growth.
After initial training, you’ll complete two focused rotations (typically ~12 months each) aligned to your interests and business priorities. Potential areas include:
Product Marketing – Positioning, messaging, and launching products that resonate with customers.
Growth Marketing – Driving user acquisition, retention, and engagement through data-driven experimentation.
Lifecycle Marketing – Building customer journeys that deepen engagement and long-term financial progress.
Business Development – Building partnerships and identifying new avenues for strategic growth.
Product Ops – Creating the systems and processes that help teams move faster, stay aligned, and ship high-impact work efficiently.
You’ll have real responsibility from day one, working on initiatives
that matter to our customers’ financial progress.
"As someone who pivoted from Financial consulting at EY-Parthenon, I knew I wanted to pursue a career in marketing - but I wasn't entirely sure what kind of marketing would be the best fit for my skill set. RAMP gave me the flexibility to explore and make an informed decision. During my ~1 month onboarding, I had the opportunity to learn about all of the marketing teams at Kikoff - growth, product, lifecycle, and more - which helped me truly understand where my strengths could have the most impact. However, what I love most about RAMP is that it embodies Kikoff's "learn from doing" methodology: right after orientation, you're given real responsibility and pushed into meaningful work from day one. For anyone pivoting into marketing who wants to move fast, learn across functions, and build a career with intention, RAMP is exactly where you should be."
"Being a RAMP associate has been transformative for me—especially at a startup, where the fast pace and breadth of responsibility make the experience even more unique/valuable. My early exposure to different functions gave me the opportunity to gauge what aligns with my career goals and ultimately match with the mentor and team I wanted to grow with. One of my favorite parts of my time in the program has been getting to meet and grow alongside other talented recent grads. I’ve learned so much from my manager, coworkers, and fellow RAMPers, and I get to see the impact my contributions are making toward our mission."
